UDub may be a better job than VT because it has history on its side

Claimed Natties: 1960 and 1991
Unclaimed Natties: 1910, 1984, and 1990
CFP Appearances: 2016

Also, Husky Stadium is slightly larger than Lane Stadium (70k vs. 66k) which could bring in some additional money for the Athletic Department. Plus, Husky Stadium was designed to easily expand if the demand ever justified it at any point in the future. The same can't be said for Lane Stadium. It is worth noting that UDub even has a sponsor for its athletic campus (aka the Alaska Airlines Athletics Village).

@91HokieBob , If VT was going to do things differently in terms of its athletic campus, then I probably would want to see VT follow UDub's blueprint. At least it appears that UDub may have figure out the spacial planning component. Also, finding a sponsor for your athletic campus may turn out to be a shrewd business move on their part.
